Then off they go in the garbage. That is if they dont break after a few hours in her hair by themselves.

I just found some at Sally Beauty supplies today that I am hopeing will work better.

BTW thanks for all the great ideas for hair. I am a mom of 3 and my first 2 were boys, so this girl stuff is new to me.tommyekatthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03994281275090265086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8912305014305460024.post-10834898683842323432008-09-24T21:20:00.000-07:002008-09-24T21:20:00.000-07:00Just wanted to add I agree that the wally world on...Just wanted to add I agree that the wally world ones suck! I do have a lot break though and sometimes toward the end of the day for no reason. I just don't know what else to buy. I don't really think you need to apologize either. I know exactly which ones you are talking about too.Bonnyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00083866777776326787noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8912305014305460024.post-70193893820216672462008-09-24T15:36:00.000-07:002008-09-24T15:36:00.000-07:00I think you're right. Those rubberbands are probably fine for those who wrap them a couple of times, but for those of us who have to go around and around, many, many times...no good!

I always do my Daughter's hair at night (because that's when she sits still), and those dang things are usually broken by the time she wakes up the next day.

I tried to wrap them less times, but then they don't hold the pony close to her head.

I guess we all just find what works best for us! =)

P.S. Because one kind I totally loved (stretchy, reusable, work great) and the other kind I totally hated (snap in the middle, not very stretchy, and pretty much worthless)!Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01431598955683730077noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8912305014305460024.post-5524779811027355642008-09-24T15:11:00.000-07:002008-09-24T15:11:00.000-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01431598955683730077noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8912305014305460024.post-83468738402804224362008-09-24T14:26:00.000-07:002008-09-24T14:26:00.000-07:00Yep, no need to apologize. Maybe I'll have to look at Sally's.

Thanks for inspiring me to do my girls' hair again. My oldest is almost 8 and I have to keep her hair short because it's too thin long. I used to get so tired of doing the same things to her hair every day so I started telling her to just brush it or put a head band in. I also have an 11 month old who has very pretty hair, it's just thin. I haven't tried anything too complicated in her hair yet, but I do pull it up every day now. I discovered your blog a couple of weeks ago, so thank you, thank you!Bethanyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08558554076795750971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8912305014305460024.post-39281725416557945012008-09-24T13:48:00.000-07:002008-09-24T13:48:00.000-07:00haha welcome!I'm glad (ok not glad since it broke ...haha welcome!

I'm glad (ok not glad since it broke your DD's hair) that I'm not alone!!
